  • A dog is allowed in the unit for an extra cleaning fee. Only certain breeds are accepted, subject to the size of the apartment and the dog. Service dogs require submission of certification.
  • Cats are not accepted.

Fees and Payments

  • Early check-in and late check-out, if available, may be provided at extra cost.
  • A refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. The deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no property damage.
  • Alternatively, a non-refundable damage waiver is available, ranging from $50 to $80 USD.
